Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Bluwheelz is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Assistant

Manager will support day-to-day operations by coordinating logistics activities, monitoring EV fleet performance, and ensuring timely deliveries for clients across multiple industry verticals.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing schedules and routes, tracking key operational metrics, and resolving any service or delivery issues in a professional and timely manner. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to improve processes,



maintain high service standards, and support sustainable logistics initiatives.

The Assistant

Manager will also assist with reporting, documentation, and implementation of new policies and tools that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with the ability to oversee daily delivery activities and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills to manage routes, schedules, and multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or logistics software, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and frontline staff.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle operational challenges, customer concerns, and process improvements.

Comfort working with technology-driven logistics tools and systems; prior exposure to EV fleets or sustainable logistics is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including occasional extended hours when required to meet operational needs.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience in lieu of degree considered.
