Job Summary

Allengers Medical System Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager – Cath Lab Sales to drive sales and business development for Cath Lab and interventional cardiology products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device sales, preferably with a strong background in cardiac devices, Cath Lab products, or interventional cardiology. The candidate will be responsible for developing hospital accounts, building relationships with cardiologists and key decision-makers, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's presence in the Cath Lab segment. Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned Cath Lab sales targets and business objectives.

Develop new hospital accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Build and maintain robust relationships with cardiologists, Cath Lab teams, hospital management, purchase departments, and distributors.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and order closure.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.

Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service requirements.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer needs.

Maintain regular sales reports, sales pipeline, customer databases, and territory updates.

Participate in hospital visits, Cath Lab procedures, product trials, conferences, and other relevant sales activities.

Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, market opportunities, and challenges.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
