Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer role at AICines.ai is a remote position focused on designing, building, and optimizing AI models that power the platform’s content creation, editing, and monetization features. In this role, the engineer develops and implements algorithms for pattern recognition, natural language understanding, and generative media, working closely with product and engineering teams to translate creative and technical requirements into scalable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping new AI approaches, training and evaluating neural network models, integrating AI services into production systems, and improving model performance, reliability, and fairness.

The engineer also contributes to data pipeline design,



collaborates on software development best practices, and helps ensure that AI capabilities align with user experience, security, and ethical guidelines. This is a full-time remote role with cross-functional collaboration across product, design, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and production-grade coding practices.

Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, tuning, and evaluating deep learning models for real-world applications.

Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text generation, summarization, dialogue systems, or script analysis.

Proficiency with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and familiarity with cloud-based deployment environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience building scalable AI systems, working with large datasets, and implementing robust evaluation and monitoring practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Background or interest in media, entertainment, FilmTech, or generative content, and awareness of ethical considerations in AI-driven creativity is highly beneficial.
