Job Role: AI Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate – 15 Days

About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. You will work with AI architects, product teams, data teams, and technology stakeholders to build LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, multi-agent solutions, and intelligent automation using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure API Management, and Microsoft Fabric. The role also involves AI evaluation, MLOps, CI/CD, observability, Responsible AI, security, governance, and enterprise integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Python-based AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, embeddings, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Implement prompt workflows, MCP, tool calling, and function calling.
- Integrate Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure API Management, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop REST APIs, data connectors, automated tests, evaluation datasets, CI/CD, and MLOps pipelines.
- Monitor AI solutions for quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost and support production releases.
- Apply Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, data teams, platform teams,



and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in Software, Data, ML, or AI Engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, Tool Calling, and Function Calling.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search.
- Experience with REST APIs, containers, Git, CI/CD, MLOps, testing, observability, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Banking/financial services experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions in production.
- Multi-agent architectures, MCP integrations, vector search, embeddings, and LLM evaluation.
- Experience in banking use cases such as trade finance, digital banking, corporate banking, risk, or compliance.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI and cloud ecosystem.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Generative AI Certification
- Python Certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory. A Master’s degree is preferred.
