Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives

Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews

Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners,



and key stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory

Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management

Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements

Results-driven leader with strong people management and leadership skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Fluent in Telugu with strong knowledge of the local market

Prior experience in insurance sales and field team management

Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment

Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and team productivity
