We are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Area Manager to manage and drive Health Insurance sales operations in the Tirupati region. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing sales teams, expanding distribution channels, and developing business opportunities within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in Health Insurance sales and team management, along with strong leadership, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and achieve assigned sales and business targets for the designated territory.

Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to achieve business objectives.

Develop and strengthen distribution through agency, direct, and partner channels.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned market.

Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.

Monitor team performance,



productivity, and sales metrics, and implement corrective actions where required.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and changing customer requirements.

Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business plans across the territory.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Provide regular performance updates and business insights to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Health Insurance Sales.

Minimum 5 years of experience in team handling/team management.

Robust knowledge of Health Insurance products and distribution channels.

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales and business targets.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in managing field sales teams and driving territory-level business growth.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
