We are looking for Area Sales Manager Solar to support senior management in daily operations, team handling, and business execution. The candidate must have prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior management in managing day-to-day operations
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Handle reporting, documentation, and MIS
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure targets, deadlines, and operational standards are met
- Support planning, execution, and follow-up activities

Requirements:





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Team Lead
- Successful track record in the Insurance sector
- FMCG experience preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
- Ability to handle teams and work under pressure
