Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that drive growth and profitability.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

- 4-14 years of experience in channel sales or dealer development in the automobile industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Solid understanding of the local market dynamics, including competitors' products and pricing strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
