Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.

At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams.

Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written).

Strong understanding of the Kottayam and surrounding local market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.

Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.

Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners,



and key stakeholders.

Identify recent business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory.

Monitor team performance and provide regular performance updates to management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.

Conduct regular field visits to support the team and drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Results-driven leader with strong people management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Fluent in Malayalam with strong local market understanding.

Prior experience in insurance sales and field team management.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.

Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and team productivity.
