Role Description The Area Manager Banca Channel is a full time, on-site role based in Bihar, responsible for driving sales growth through banca channel operations. In this position, the individual will manage relationships with bank partners, oversee branch-level sales activities, and ensure achievement of sales targets for insurance or financial products.

The role includes planning and implementing channel strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and providing guidance and support to sales teams.

Manager will coordinate training for bank staff, address customer service issues, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Regular reporting, market analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong channel sales expertise with experience managing Channel Sales and Channel Partners.
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management within banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Customer Service and relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market trends, set targets, and drive performance in a defined geographic area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site across branches in Bihar, with readiness for frequent field visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; relevant experience in banca or channel management is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, data-driven decision-making ability, and proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
