Role Description The Architectural Draughtsman will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings, translating design concepts into clear technical plans and layouts. Day-to-day tasks include developing plans, sections, elevations, and details As built updating drawings based on design changes; coordinating with architects, engineers, and site teams; and ensuring drawings comply with relevant codes and project specifications. The role also involves supporting planning activities, maintaining organized drawing records,



and assisting in design revisions during project execution. This is a full-time hybrid role based in kochi,India Qualifications

Strong proficiency in architectural drawings and general architecture concepts, with the ability to convert design ideas into accurate technical documents.

Experience preparing construction drawings and detailed drawing sets for various project stages (concept, tender, construction, and as-built).

Ability to support planning activities, including layout optimization and coordination of architectural details with structural and MEP requirements.

Competence in using CAD and other relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar) to produce and modify drawings efficiently.

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple drawing packages under time constraints.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
