Role Description The Architect at Makemyspace will work on-site in Raipur in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients to translate their ideas into practical and appealing architectural and interior design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and plans, coordinating with project teams and contractors, and ensuring designs comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The role involves conducting site visits, managing timelines, and integrating client feedback into each phase of the design process.





The Architect will also participate in project reviews, support material and layout selections, and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices within the company.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and visually engaging spaces.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM or CAD workflows, and coordinated project documentation.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring project progress.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with local building regulations and codes.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating residential or interior-focused design projects.
