Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings and detailed construction documents, and coordinating interior design elements in line with the firm’s nature-centric philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand functional and emotional needs, conducting site visits and feasibility studies, and working closely with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.

The role involves managing project timelines and deliverables, integrating sustainable design principles, and aligning all work with local codes,



standards, and best practices. The Architect will also contribute to design presentations, participate in internal design reviews, and support continuous improvement of the firm’s design processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules, and overseeing project execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to using and integrating architectural software tools (e.g., CAD/BIM) into project workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with sustainable design practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility to work in India; professional registration or ongoing licensure process is an advantage.
- Robust visual, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment and interact effectively with clients and consultants.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or public space projects, especially those emphasizing nature integration and occupant well-being, is highly beneficial.
