8–12 years of experience in real estate development or architectural consultancy with robust responsibility for drawing vetting, coordination, and site execution Hands-on experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultants

Experience working on residential or luxury real estate projects

Strong knowledge of GFC/working drawings, construction detailing, and design coordination

Proven attention to detail with ability to identify errors and discrepancies in drawings before they reach site

- Experience conducting site visits to verify construction against approved drawings and specifications
