Role Description The Aptitude and Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, soft skills, and life skills for students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating training materials, conducting interactive activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve employability and communication. The trainer will collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with institutional and industry requirements, and may contribute to workshops, bootcamps, and campus-to-corporate programs.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in PAN India, requiring regular interaction with learners and faculty members. The trainer is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, adapt to diverse learner needs, and support the organization’s mission of career-focused skill development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.

- Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills and the ability to facilitate interactive, learner-centered sessions.

- Candidates should possess solid Soft Skills and Life Skills expertise to coach learners in professionalism, teamwork, and workplace readiness.

- Candidates should possess advanced Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal abilities.

- Relevant teaching, corporate training, or skill development experience, preferably with students or early-career professionals.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, management, or allied fields is an advantage.

- Ability to design assessments, track progress, and report training outcomes effectively.

- Proficiency with basic digital tools (presentation software, online learning platforms) and openness to continuous learning.

- Comfort working in office in Kanyakumari district and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within educational institutions.
