P.A. College of Engineering is looking for an enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to train and mentor students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with a strong focus on campus placements and competitive assessments.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging aptitude and employability skills training sessions. Prepare students for placement tests, recruitment assessments, and competitive examinations. Develop practice questions, mock tests, assignments, and training materials. Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve student employability.

Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in aptitude, placement, or employability skills training. Solid knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills. Ability to motivate and engage students.

Experience in developing aptitude questions and assessment materials. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
