Role Description The Apprentice Builder internship is a remote role focused on supporting the development and delivery of client projects from concept to execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in brainstorming sessions, helping structure project plans, and contributing to content, design, or basic implementation tasks, depending on team needs and your interests.

You will collaborate with student-led teams, attend virtual meetings, document progress, and support quality checks to ensure projects meet agreed requirements and timelines. The role emphasizes learning, experimentation,



and skill-building, giving you opportunities to observe, contribute, and gradually take ownership of small tasks under guidance.

Qualifications

- Interest in digital agencies, startups, or creative project work, with a willingness to learn recent tools and processes.
- Basic familiarity with online collaboration platforms (such as Google Workspace, Slack, or project management tools) and comfort working in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written communication and the ability to participate constructively in team discussions.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions while asking questions when something is unclear.
- Self-motivated mindset, reliability in meeting commitments, and openness to feedback in a learning-focused setting.
- Current student or early-career individual seeking hands-on experience; prior project or club experience is a plus but not required.
