- Troubleshoot and resolve HMIS software and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain the HMIS platform.
- Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve bugs and implement enhancements.
- Ensure system compliance with healthcare data security standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, preferably with HMIS or healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and basic networking.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
