- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to credit management processes.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within SAP Financial Supply Chain Management modules.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management practices.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
