Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to enterprise software support.

Experience in managing and resolving complex software issues in a multi-component environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve system challenges.

Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
