- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP environments including system installations, upgrades, and patching.
- Solid knowledge of database administration and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP landscapes.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and automation scripts to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.
