- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience with system diagnostics and troubleshooting methodologies related to enterprise content management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system logs and identify root causes of application issues.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management frameworks.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and integrate solutions effectively.
- Positive communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
