Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in documenting processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
