- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.




- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes within ITSM frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT service management platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with configuration and customization of ITSM tools to meet business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
