Role: Application & Service Transition Lead

Immediate Joiners Only This is not a generic Transition Manager or Service Delivery Manager role. The business is specifically looking for a candidate who has personally led end-to-end application/service transitions, preferably within a BOT/BOOT, GCC setup, or capability transfer workplace. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving transition strategy, governance, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful handover of services with minimal business disruption.
