About the Role

We are looking for a Applications Specialist to support US IT recruitment and staffing operations.

The role involves job sourcing, candidate profile analysis, resume optimization, applications,

and generating recruiter calls, interviews, client acceptances, and placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant US IT job opportunities
- Analyze candidate profiles and job descriptions
- Match candidates with suitable opportunities
- Customize and optimize resumes
- Submit job applications
- Generate recruiter calls and interview opportunities
- Maintain application records and updates
- Meet daily productivity and application targets
- Use the AI-powered Squirrel View platform
- Follow company processes and client requirements
- Maintain candidate and client confidentiality

Who Can Apply?

0–3 years of experience in:

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in US IT recruitment may also apply.

Training & Probation

2 weeks paid training from Day 1

Training includes US IT recruitment, job sourcing, profile & JD analysis, resume customization,

applications, client requirements, platform training, and compliance.

Probation: 1 month

Working Hours

Morning: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Evening: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Shift allocation depends on business requirements.
