We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Practitioner with foundational Unix/Linux expertise for a large-scale Mainframe Rehosting Program involving migration from IBM z/OS to Unikix. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end validation of mainframe batch jobs and online transactions
- Validate functional equivalence between z/OS and Unikix environments
- Conduct SIT, regression, baseline, comparison, and performance testing
- Execute and monitor batch cycles, reruns, restarts,



and abend analysis
- Compare flat files, VSAM datasets, reports, and database outputs
- Create test plans, validation strategies, and documentation
- Support parallel run execution and migration validation
- Write basic Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and validation support Required Skills:

✔ Solid hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies

✔ Knowledge of z/OS, Unikix, batch processing, and online validation

✔ Exposure to CA7 Scheduler

✔ Basic Unix/Linux scripting knowledge

✔ Strong analytical and defect resolution skills
