Hiring: Application Developer – Microsoft Business Central

Location: Bangalore (Any location in India can apply)

Experience: 9+ Years (6+ Years Relevant)

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Business Central Developer to join a high-impact IBM engagement supporting development, migration, and implementation activities in the ERP domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Business Central solutions

Handle migration and implementation of Business Central/NAV applications

Work on DevOps coordination and issue resolution with client teams

Support SQL database performance tuning and troubleshooting

Manage infrastructure-related support activities

Develop and maintain interfaces with external systems

Work on enhancements using C/AL and Business Central development tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment





Required Skills

✔ 9+ years overall IT experience

✔ Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Business Central

✔ Experience in NAV development using C/AL language

✔ Experience in BC development, customization, and migration

✔ Solid SQL database performance knowledge

✔ Exposure to DevOps support and coordination

✔ Experience in system integration and interface development

Good to Have

✔ Experience in Food & Beverage domain

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Important Notes

- Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face interview at IBM location if required
- Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
