Hiring: Application Developer – PeopleSoft Location: Kochi

Hiring model: C2H (Contract to Hire)

Experience: 7+ Years We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Application Developer to join an IBM engagement supporting enterprise application development and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft applications

Work on enhancement, configuration, and production support activities

Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution

Support integration and system maintenance tasks

Collaborate with technical and functional teams for delivery

Ensure smooth application performance and stability Required Skills:

✔ Solid hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development/support

✔ Experience in PeopleSoft modules (HR/Finance or relevant)

✔ Good understanding of application customization and troubleshooting

✔ Experience in production support environments

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Good communication and coordination skills Important Notes:

- Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face interview at IBM location if required
- Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
- Band: 7A
