Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) Required Skills:

✔ Robust hands-on experience in Java & Kotlin

✔ Experience working with Kafka for event-driven architecture/messaging

✔ Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases

✔ Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB & Cassandra

✔ Good understanding of backend development and cloud-based applications

✔ Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in Agile development environments
