Hiring: Application Developer – Microsoft Power Platform Location: Pune Work Mode: Work From Office (Day 1 Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Administrator with solid expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Suite, Microsoft Forms)
- Design and develop automated solutions for governance and lifecycle management
- Improve customer self-service and digital collaboration processes
- Act as a technical liaison between business and internal teams
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across solutions
- Support tool selection for digitalization, automation, and AI initiatives
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for end users

Required Skills

- 7–9 years of IT experience (L3 level role)
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform / M365 ecosystem
- Experience in SharePoint, Teams, and automation workflows
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
