Hiring: Application Architect – ServiceNow (HRSD) Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work From Office (as per project requirement) We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect with solid expertise in end-to-end implementations and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
- Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Work extensively on HRSD module implementation and configuration
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution design
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and platform governance
- Guide development teams and provide technical leadership Required Skills:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience as ServiceNow Architect
- Proven expertise in HRSD module (mandatory)
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
