We're looking for a Product Manager with 4+ years of experience to help shape Ambak's product from the inside. You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution — reading data closely enough to know what's actually happening, and working cross-functionally closely enough to make something happen about it. This is a builder's seat on a product that touches thousands of agents and their customers every day.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Define the product roadmap, keeping it tightly aligned to business priorities and outcomes.
- Partner closely with Ops, Sales, and Support to drive adoption of what you ship and move the metrics that matter.
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering and Design to ship new features and sharpen existing ones, guided by real user and partner feedback.
- Keep a daily pulse on data to prioritise the roadmap with evidence, not opinion.




- Run user research and feedback loops that shape what gets built next.
- Define success metrics for what you build, track them relentlessly, and iterate.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 4+ years in product management; experience in fintech, proptech, or a related space is a robust plus, not a must-have.
- A solid grip on systems design — enough to understand trade-offs and hold your own in technical conversations.
- Sharp analytical instincts and a track record of using data to make real product calls.
- Comfort working across functions and owning a product through its full lifecycle.
- Confidence in navigating complex data structures, with working knowledge of SQL.
- Clear, persuasive communication — you can make a complex idea land with anyone in the room.
