We are looking for a confident, articulate, and engaging Anchor / Interviewer to join our media and content team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to conduct engaging interviews with business leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, experts, and industry personalities.

The role will involve hosting video programmes, conducting interviews, developing engaging conversations, and representing the company's media and content initiatives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Host and anchor video programmes, interviews, podcasts, webinars, business discussions, and digital content.
- Conduct professional and engaging interviews with entrepreneurs, business leaders, industry experts, and professionals.
- Research interviewees, companies, industries, and relevant topics before each interview.
- Prepare thoughtful questions and interview frameworks based on the subject and audience.
- Lead natural, engaging conversations while maintaining the direction and purpose of the interview.
- Conduct on-camera interviews in studio, corporate, event, and outdoor environments.
- Present business, industry, lifestyle, and skilled content in an engaging manner.
- Introduce programmes, guests, topics, and segments confidently on camera.
- Work with the content and production teams to develop interview concepts and episode formats.
- Collaborate with writers and researchers to prepare interview briefs and talking points.
- Participate in pre-production meetings, rehearsals, and content planning.
- Coordinate with guests regarding interview schedules,



topics, and logistics.
- Maintain professional conduct and build positive relationships with guests and industry personalities.
- Assist in developing short-form content from interviews for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Review recorded content and provide inputs for editing, highlights, and promotional clips.
- Represent the organization professionally at conferences, business events, panel discussions, and public engagements.
- Perform other hosting, interviewing, and content-related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, English, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in anchoring, journalism, interviewing, media, content creation, broadcasting, or related fields.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong on-camera presence may also apply.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and engaging on-camera personality.
- Strong interviewing and conversation skills.
- Ability to research topics and prepare relevant questions.
- Good general awareness of business, current affairs, entrepreneurship, and industry trends.
