What would you do? This role supports employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across HR operations. The role focuses on driving engagement calendars, inclusion campaigns, employee listening actions, communication support, participation tracking and governance of people initiatives while ensuring consistent delivery, documentation, controls and stakeholder alignment.
At this level, the role is expected to operate as a senior SME / lead contributor, guide team members, review quality, manage escalations and support process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Support planning and execution of employee engagement, inclusion and diversity initiatives across assigned scope.2. Coordinate with HR, delivery teams and client stakeholders to drive participation, communication and timely closure of actions.3.
Maintain engagement calendars, trackers, dashboards and evidence repositories for governance reviews.4. Support employee listening actions, survey follow-ups, theme analysis and closure tracking.5. Drive awareness campaigns, recognition events, people connects and inclusion-focused interventions.6.
Ensure activities are executed in line with client policies, confidentiality requirements and documented processes.7. Identify opportunities to improve participation, experience, reporting accuracy and process controls.8.
