: Worker Data Hub ETL DataStage & PL/SQL Developer (4–6 Years) Role Overview We are looking for a Worker Data Hub ETL DataStage & PL/SQL Developer with 4–6 years of experience to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ETL processes and database solutions. Awareness of change management processes Type of Work Allocation ETL & PL/SQL Development: ~80–85% Production Support & Minor Admin Tasks: ~15–20% Key Responsibilities Develop and support ETL jobs using IBM DataStage Write and maintain SQL and PL/SQL scripts (procedures, functions) Assist in building and maintaining data integration pipelines Perform basic SQL query optimization and debugging Monitor scheduled jobs and handle failures (AutoSys or similar) Support secure file transfers using SFTP/SSH Assist in API-based data integration (REST/SOAP) Work with reporting teams (Power BI) for data readiness Provide L1/L2 production support for ETL pipelines Troubleshoot data issues and ETL job failures Follow data governance, security, and release processes Assist senior developers in enhancements and system improvements Required Experience 4–6 years of overall IT experience At least 3+ years of hands-on ETL (DataStage) and Oracle PL/SQL experience Experience in basic production support and data pipeline development Exposure to data warehouse environments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field Basic certifications in DataStage or Oracle (optional) Soft Skills Positive analytical and debugging skills Strong willingness to learn and grow Ability to work in a team environment Effective communication with peers and leads Ability to follow processes and deliver quality work
