Role Description The Air Export Pricing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai and Bangalore, responsible for managing and optimizing air export pricing activities .

The role involves preparing competitive freight quotations, analyzing carrier rates, and coordinating with airlines, consolidators, and other logistics partners to secure favorable pricing.

The executive will handle customer inquiries related to export pricing, maintain updated rate sheets, and ensure accurate cost calculations that align with company policies and market conditions.

Day-to-day tasks include supporting the sales team with timely pricing information, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with operations to ensure that quoted rates are feasible and compliant with export regulations.

The role may also involve contributing to training efforts within the team on pricing procedures and best practices.





Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer service capabilities to manage client queries, provide timely responses, and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge of export processes and documentation, with a solid understanding of air cargo operations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with freight pricing, rate negotiation, and working with carriers or logistics service providers.
- Ability to contribute to training related to pricing procedures, export workflows, or internal best practices.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using spreadsheets or pricing tools for accurate rate calculations.
- Analytical skills to compare rates, identify cost-saving opportunities, and respond to market changes.
- Preferred: Prior experience in air freight, logistic; relevant diploma or degree in logistics, commerce, or business.
