Role: AI Transformation Principal Architect :

The AI Transformation Principal Architect is a senior technology leadership role responsible for defining, designing, and governing enterprise-scale AI transformation programs. This role owns the end-to-end AI architecture vision, including GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML platforms, data architecture, cloud infrastructure, governance, security, and Responsible AI practices.

Architect partners with business leaders, technology teams, product owners, and delivery stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities

Define the enterprise AI architecture vision, strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.

Lead architecture design for enterprise AI ecosystems covering GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model orchestration, AI/ML platforms, data platforms, and cloud-native infrastructure.





Translate business transformation goals into scalable AI solution blueprints, reusable architecture patterns, implementation frameworks, and technology standards.

Drive AI transformation from strategy and discovery through pilots, production deployment, platform industrialization, and enterprise-wide adoption.

Establish governance frameworks for Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, risk management, model governance, and architecture review.

Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies, platforms, tools, and vendor solutions based on business value, scalability, security, cost, and long-term maintainability.

Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, product teams, architects, engineering teams, and external partners to align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities.

Provide technical leadership, architecture oversight, and design authority across multiple AI transformation programs.

Mentor architects and engineering teams, establish best practices, and contribute to building AI Centers of Excellence and enterprise capability frameworks.

Define value realization metrics and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable outcomes across productivity, automation, customer experience, revenue impact, and operational efficiency. Key Deliverables:

Experience Expectations

15+ years of overall technology experience with strong exposure to enterprise architecture, AI transformation, cloud, data, and digital transformation programs.

Proven experience in designing and scaling enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or AI/ML platforms in production environments.

Robust background in client-facing consulting, enterprise advisory, solutioning, and stakeholder management.

Experience in leading architecture teams, mentoring senior engineers or architects, and driving architecture governance at enterprise scale.

Ability to connect business outcomes with technology strategy and influence senior leadership decisions.
