Role Description The AI Specialist will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance CDA Academy’s learning experiences, digital marketing programs, and operational processes. In this full-time hybrid role based in Kozhikode, the specialist will split time between on-site collaboration with instructors and staff and work from home for research, development, and testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing AI models, integrating AI tools into educational platforms and marketing workflows, analyzing data to improve learner outcomes, and creating documentation and guidelines for non-technical users.

The AI Specialist will work closely with curriculum designers to translate complex AI concepts into understandable, practical content for learners,



and provide support in evaluating and adopting new AI technologies that align with the academy’s mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in machine learning and artificial intelligence, including model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and data processing, such as data cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical interpretation.

- Candidates should possess skills in programming and software development, ideally with experience in Python, relevant ML/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and API integration.

- Candidates should possess skills related to AI for education and digital marketing, such as recommendation systems, personalization engines, automation tools, or analytics for learner and campaign performance.

- Candidates should possess skills in technical communication, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and create user-friendly documentation.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field are beneficial.

- Experience working in edtech, digital marketing, or training environments, and familiarity with live online learning platforms, will be an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup, manage projects independently, and maintain ethical and responsible AI practices is preferred.
