About the Role

Cyurae is looking for a creative, proactive, communicative, and fast-learning individual to join our growing startup. This is a versatile role combining AI-powered content creation, social media management, networking and relationship building, branding support, and basic HR/people coordination

. The most important requirement for this role is a genuine interest in learning and using AI tools for content creation . Prior expertise in AI is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, creative, and willing to continuously learn new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI & Content Creation – Primary Focus

- Learn and explore AI tools for content creation, image generation, graphic design, and video creation .
- Use AI tools creatively to develop high-quality content for the company.
- Create social media posts, visuals, reels, short-form videos, captions, and other digital content.
- Continuously explore emerging AI platforms and identify tools that can improve the company’s content quality and efficiency.
- Experiment with new content formats, concepts, and creative ideas.
- Stay updated with developments in AI-powered content creation.

2. Social Media & Branding

- Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Develop creative concepts for posts, campaigns, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Help develop and maintain the company’s brand identity across digital platforms.




- Monitor social media engagement and interact professionally with the online community.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
- Work toward increasing the company’s online visibility, engagement, and audience.

3. Networking & Relationship Building

- Actively identify and explore relevant networking opportunities for the company .
- Connect and communicate with professionals, businesses, potential collaborators, communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships that can contribute to the company’s growth and visibility.
- Represent the company professionally during online and offline interactions.
- Identify relevant industry events, communities, platforms, and networking opportunities.
- Support outreach, collaborations, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
- Maintain professional follow-ups and communication with new and existing connections.

4. Basic HR & People Coordination

- Handle basic day-to-day HR and employee coordination activities.
- Assist with employee communication, attendance, documentation, and general office-related matters.
- Support basic recruitment and candidate coordination when required.
- Coordinate with employees regarding routine workplace requirements.
- Help maintain an organized, professional,



and positive working environment.

Who Would Be a Good Fit? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, technology, communication, networking, and working with people rather than being restricted to one conventional job function.

You do not need to already be an AI expert. What matters most is your enthusiasm and ability to learn AI tools quickly and use them creatively to produce engaging content, visuals, and videos .

Since Cyurae is at an early stage of its journey, we are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of different responsibilities. As the company grows, these functions will gradually become more specialized.
