Role Description The AI Software Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven features and services for web and SaaS products, including integrating machine learning models into production-ready applications. The developer will work closely with designers and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Day-to-day tasks include building and training models, writing clean and efficient code, conducting pattern analysis, implementing NLP and neural network-based systems,



and performing code reviews and testing. The role also requires collaboration with the broader development team to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI components. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience building and deploying production-ready applications.

Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with practical experience applying these techniques to real-world problems.

Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and integration into web or SaaS products.

Solid programming skills in languages commonly used for AI and backend development (such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar), and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries.

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.

Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in AI/ML projects is an advantage.

Familiarity with cloud services, APIs, and integration of AI models into scalable web or SaaS architectures is beneficial.
