We are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Sales Specialist who leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence and modern automation stacks to supercharge outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and conversion.

Job Overview We are seeking an ambitious individual to take complete ownership of our outbound sales channel. In this role, you won't just run traditional sales campaigns—you will architect, optimize, and automate the entire pipeline using advanced AI tools and modern sales tech.

You will be responsible for identifying target accounts in the UK and Ireland, warming them up through hyper-personalized multi-channel sequences, and driving them to conversion. Crucially, you will audit our current setup, integrate state-of-the-art AI automation tools, and document the entire ecosystem by building clear, scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities Outbound Strategy & Execution: Design and execute end-to-end outbound sales campaigns targeted at decision-makers (Facility Managers, Procurement Heads, Cleanroom Engineers) in Ireland and the UK.

AI Integration & Automation: Audit our existing tech stack—including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io—and research, recommend,



and implement AI tools to automate prospecting, data enrichment, email personalization, and follow-up sequences.

Pipeline Management: Handle lead generation, qualification, warm-up, objection handling, and closing to drive revenue growth for our polymeric matting range.

SOP Development: Create, maintain, and optimize comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every phase of the sales and automation process.

Performance Optimization: Track KPIs (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, pipeline velocity) and continuously run A/B tests on messaging and workflows.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline conversion (experience selling into the UK/Irish markets is a strong plus).

Tech & AI Mastery: Deep familiarity with sales tech stacks, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io. Must have hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to automate outreach, copywriting, and CRM workflows.

System Builder: Ability to think in processes and write clear, repeatable SOPs for scalable growth.

Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work hours that comfortably overlap with both Irish time and Indian time.
