Role Description The AI/ML Instructor role at Vidyavya is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The instructor will design and deliver engaging, practical AI/ML curriculum, including lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based learning aligned with industry practices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring students on real-world projects, guiding them through model development and deployment, reviewing assignments, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with the academic and industry partners to keep course content current, preparing students for internships and placements, and supporting their career readiness through workshops and individual guidance. The instructor will help foster a collaborative,



inclusive classroom workplace that encourages experimentation, curiosity, and applied learning.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python) and relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Experience with data handling and preprocessing, including working with structured and unstructured datasets, feature engineering, and data visualization tools.
- Background in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications, preferably with industry or applied project experience.
- Ability to create structured course content, lesson plans, and assessments that emphasize practical, project-based learning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
- Experience mentoring or teaching students or early-career professionals in technology or data-focused programs is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field; relevant certifications or industry experience are an advantage.
