About the Role

We are looking for an AI Fashion Content Creator & Visual Editor who can combine fashion, creativity, AI image generation, AI video generation and visual editing to create high-quality content for a contemporary menswear brand.

This is a highly hands-on creative role.

You will be responsible for transforming our actual garments, product images, creative concepts and brand ideas into compelling fashion imagery and videos using the latest AI tools and conventional editing software.

The role involves creating everything from AI fashion campaigns and model imagery to product videos, social media content, creative product presentations, campaign visuals and short-form videos.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply know how to "generate an AI image."

We want someone who understands:

Key Responsibilities1. AI Fashion Image Creation

Create high-quality fashion imagery using AI image-generation and image-editing tools.

You will work on

A critical requirement is the ability to preserve the actual garment accurately while changing the model, environment, pose, background or overall visual treatment.

1. AI Video Creation

Create short-form AI-generated and AI-assisted videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- Product videos
- Fashion campaigns
- Product launches
- Brand films
- Social media content
- Motion product presentations
- AI model videos
- Outfit/styling videos
- Cinematic fashion sequences
- Product transitions
- Visual storytelling

Experiment with AI video-generation tools to create:
- Camera movements
- Model movements
- Garment movements
- Product reveals
- Transitions
- Environment changes
- Cinematic sequences
- Fashion/editorial scenes

The expectation is not simply to generate clips, but to build complete visual stories from them.

1. AI Product Content

Turn static product assets into multiple forms of content. For example, take one shirt and create:
- Clean product image
- AI model image
- Lifestyle image
- Editorial image
- Product-detail image
- Social media creative
- Product video
- AI fashion Reel
- Campaign visual
- Website banner

You should be able to think: 1 Product → 10+ usable content assets

1. Image Editing & Compositing

Use Photoshop and/or equivalent tools alongside AI to refine and finish visuals.

Responsibilities include

- Background removal and replacement
- Image cleanup
- Garment correction
- Colour correction
- Retouching
- Shadow creation
- Product compositing
- Lighting correction
- Skin and model retouching
- Object removal/addition
- Image resizing and formatting
- Final quality control





You should understand the difference between an image that is merely AI-generated and one that is commercially usable.

1. Video Editing

Edit both AI-generated and traditionally shot footage.

Continuously experiment with emerging AI creative tools. You may work with tools across:

1. Prompting & Creative Direction

Develop strong prompts for AI image and video generation. You should understand how to control:
- Garment details
- Fabric appearance

- Model characteristics
- Pose
- Lighting
- Camera angle
- Lens/look
- Environment
- Composition
- Colour
- Mood
- Movement
- Cinematic treatment

You should be able to translate a creative idea into a structured AI prompt and iterate until the output is commercially usable.
1. Fashion & Visual Research

Continuously research:
- Global fashion campaigns
- Menswear brands
- Editorial photography
- Fashion films
- Social media trends
- AI fashion content
- Emerging visual styles
- Gen Z visual culture
- Recent AI creative techniques

Build references and bring new visual directions to the brand.

1. Social Media Content

Work closely with the marketing team to create visual content for:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube Shorts
- Pinterest
- Website
- Marketplace
- Paid advertising

Create content specifically designed for different formats rather than simply resizing the same creative.
1. Creative Concept Development

You will also be expected to contribute to the idea, not just execute someone else's instructions.

For example

Product: Oversized black shirt

Instead of simply generating a model wearing it, you should be able to develop concepts such as:

- Futuristic Mumbai
- Minimal monochrome editorial
- Night city fashion film
- Surreal architecture
- Contemporary Indian street style

What This Role Is NOT

This is not a traditional graphic designer role.

This is not simply a prompt-writing role.

This is not a social media posting role.

This is not about generating random AI images.

The expectation is to create commercially usable fashion content that strengthens the brand and helps sell products.

Performance Expectations

Portfolio Requirement Portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates should submit examples of:

- Any experimental AI work

Where possible, candidates should also show: Original reference → AI generation → Final output

This will help us understand their actual creative and technical capability.

Practical Hiring Assignment

Shortlisted candidates will be given one He Spoke Originals garment/product image.

They will be asked to create:

Image

- One premium AI fashion campaign image
- One lifestyle/product image
- One editorial/conceptual image

Video
- One 8–15 second AI fashion video
- One product-focused Reel

Creative Thinking
- Three additional concepts for the same product
