Role Description This is a full-time remote Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining production-quality AI and software systems.

The Software

Engineer will implement back-end services, APIs, and integrations that power AI agents, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions. Daily work includes writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, improving system performance and reliability, and collaborating with AI engineers, product managers, and clients to refine requirements. The role also involves contributing to architecture decisions,



enhancing observability and guardrails, and supporting deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement of systems in production environments.

The Software

Engineer will work in short, outcome-focused development cycles to deliver high-impact features and solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Java, or C#).
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, microservices, and integrating with databases.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices for maintainable, testable code.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based systems, data pipelines, or observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and participate in collaborative design and code review processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
