The Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tirupati. As an AI Engineer (Fresher/Intern), you will work closely with our experienced data science and engineering teams to develop, optimise, and deploy AI solutions. You will NOT be restricted to just one platform.

As part of our centralised AI team in Tirupati,



you will have the opportunity to work across the entire HFWL ecosystem—contributing to FriskaAi (personalised health), NeuralClinic Ai (developmental care), and ClariTalk Ai (assistive communication). This gives you unmatched exposure to a wide variety of healthcare AI challenges.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms and models to solve real-world healthcare problems.

Work on diverse AI projects spanning traditional machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI—depending on the platform and project requirements.

Engage in the full machine learning lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (primarily in Python) using mainstream machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Engineering) to integrate AI capabilities into our platforms.

Stay updated on the latest advancements across the AI landscape and explore their potential applications in the healthcare domain.

Qualifications (Must-Have) Bachelor's or Master's degree (final-year students or recent graduates are welcome) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science,



or a related field.

Solid programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python. Basic understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, with familiarity in at least one major framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment.

Must be willing to work full-time from our Tirupati office. Valuable-To-Have (Bonus) Prior project experience or internships related to AI/ML (in any sub-domain—GenAI, Computer Vision, NLP, or traditional ML).

Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or domain knowledge in health tech.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker).

Awareness of LLMs, RAG, or agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI).

Basic understanding of AI ethics and compliance in healthcare.
