We are inviting ambitious beginners to join our three-month paid AI & Digital Marketing Career Launch Program in New Delhi. This is a hybrid trainee opportunity designed for people who want to build a serious career in AI and marketing but haven’t yet discovered the role that suits them best.

You don’t need to arrive as an expert. You need curiosity, commitment and the willingness to learn by doing.

What You’ll Learn

During the three-month program, you will receive practical exposure to:

- Content strategy and social media marketing
- SEO, AEO and GEO
- Google Business Profile marketing
- Brand positioning and personal branding
- Campaign planning and execution
- AI-assisted research and creative production
- Client communication and account management
- Marketing automation and productivity systems
- Performance analysis and reporting

This is not classroom-only training. You will apply everything you learn while working with real CubeStack AI clients across different industries.

How the Program Works

Over three months, you will rotate across different areas of AI and digital marketing. We will assess your interests, strengths and working style to help identify where you perform best.

Candidates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate strong performance may be offered a suitable full-time role at CubeStack AI with a revised salary package based on their skills, performance and role fit. A full-time offer is performance-based and is not guaranteed simply by completing the three-month program.
