Paid acquisition keeps getting more expensive, and creative is now the biggest lever we control. The brands that win are the ones testing more creative, faster, without a bloated production line. AI lets one sharp operator produce what used to take a small team — if they build pipelines instead of one-off hero shots, and if they understand the economics of what they're running.

That's this hire. You'll sit close to our content and performance work, feeding the ad account and social calendar with a steady, on-brand stream of static and motion creative — and building the templates, prompt libraries, and workflows that let us scale output without scaling cost. Key Responsibilities

AI Asset Generation & Design

Produce production-ready graphics, brand collateral, marketing materials, and UI assets using prompt engineering, control nets, and generative tools.

Maintain robust visual consistency (character consistency, brand color palettes, lighting, and style) across multi-asset campaigns.

Perform post-processing and fine-tuning on AI output using standard graphic design software to fix artifacts, typography,



and composition.

Video

Generation & Post-Production

Generate AI video content (text-to-video, image-to-video, lip-syncing, motion transfer) for short-form ad creative, promotional content, and social media.

Edit raw AI video output into cohesive visual stories, adding sound design, voiceovers, color grading, pacing, and motion graphics.

Workflow

Architecture & Credit Management

Resource Efficiency: Optimize credit and token usage across paid platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Luma, higssfiled) to maximize ROI per asset.

Develop, document, and streamline reusable workflows/pipelines (e.g., node setups, custom presets, batch generation strategies) to speed up team output.

Evaluate when to leverage local/open-source models (e.g., Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI) vs. paid cloud APIs based on cost, control, and speed requirements.
