Type: Full-time The Role We're looking for someone with a strong customer-facing background including cabin crew, ground staff, or hotel/hospitality who wants to move into a content, growth, and customer experience role, using AI tools as a core part of how they work. You won't need prior technical or design experience. You will need to be a fast learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable being trained on AI-assisted workflows for content creation, communication, and light data work.

This is a hybrid, versatile role, not a narrow content or support job. Over time you'll own a meaningful slice of how we communicate with range of customers segments.

What You'll Do Create and schedule social media content (posts, short video, captions) using AI-assisted tools, under brand guidelines

Draft and refine blog posts, landing page copy, and email/WhatsApp sequences with AI as a first-draft tool

Manage day-to-day communication with leads and enrolled customers, answering queries, following up, coordinating field visits or touchpoints

Support SEO and content hygiene (metadata, avoiding duplicate/competing content)

Track basic performance data (what content and pages convert) and flag issues

Assist with program coordination including field visit logistics What You Bring 2-5 years in a customer-facing role: cabin crew, ground staff,



or hotel/hospitality (front office, guest relations, concierge)

Strong written and verbal communication in English Comfort learning recent digital tools quickly with no coding required, but genuine curiosity about AI tools is essential

High attention to detail and follow-through

Calm, service-oriented temperament - you've handled demanding customers under pressure before

Willingness to travel occasionally (Domestic & Overseas) What We'll Train You On AI content tools for writing, image generation, and short-form video

Our CRM, CMS and communication workflows

Aviation industry context specific to our programs (you won't need prior aviation knowledge - we'll build that)

Brand voice and editorial standards What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) The role allows growth in terms of learning and compensation with time based on your skill gathering and performance. Domain knowledge along with AI skills will be part of your profile.

Compensation & work timings: Usual timings 9 am to 6 pm ( Monday to Friday) or based on work requirements.

Compensation in range of INR 30-60K per month based on relevant skills and attitude.
