Role Summary:

GK Gold Corporation is hiring an AI Automation Specialist to build, connect, and ship the automation projects currently sitting half-built across the business: an AI chatbot ready for real API-driven training, a WhatsApp Business bot for lead capture and customer journeys, an AI-assisted product-listing pipeline for e-commerce, a multi-agent SEO content system, and a Plaud/Obsidian meeting-to-task automation. This is a hands-on builder role — writing prompts, wiring APIs, building custom MCP servers and agents, and getting things live — not a strategy or planning role.

Importantly, GK Gold already has the plan and structure for what needs to be built — this hire's job is to take that template and implement it, not to design the automation strategy from scratch. What matters most is depth on the how: does the candidate already know what tools an implementation needs, and have they actually built MCP servers, custom agents, and multi-agent pipelines before — versus only having used AI chat tools.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll own the implementation of AI and automation across the entire business — not one chatbot, not one workflow. The mandate runs in five layers:

• Automate each department's operating system — compliance, retail operations, accounting, e-commerce and inventory, one department at a time, against process maps we've already written.

• Interconnect those systems so data is entered once and flows everywhere — ERP, accounting, POS, e-commerce and identity verification talking to each other, with one source of truth.

• Build an AI agent for every department , orchestrated together with humans in the loop wherever approvals or compliance decisions are involved.

• Connect every agent to a central AI brain — one shared intelligence and knowledge layer for the business, not a dozen disconnected bots.





• Build the Business Operating System that sits on top of all of it: real-time visibility across departments, approval routing and full audit trail.

Requirements:

● Has built a custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) server/tool before — real prior experience, not just familiarity with the concept.

● Has built custom agents and has agent-development experience — can design an agent for a specific task rather than only using an off-the-shelf one.

● Can run and orchestrate multiple agents in a loop (with edit/review/handoff steps) rather than only single-shot prompting.

● Strong fundamentals: understands the basic patterns behind these tools well enough to independently work out which tools a given implementation needs, rather than needing to be told.

● Hands-on experience building real automations with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) — prompt design, tool/function calling, multi-step pipelines.

● Experience setting up a WhatsApp Business API integration or comparable messaging-platform automation.

● Comfortable with Git, terminal, Node.js or Python, REST APIs, JSON/CSV data handling.

● Experience automating content or e-commerce workflows — image processing, auto-generated product metadata, or AI-assisted SEO content.

● Solid spoken and written English; able to guarantee a daily overlap with 12:00 PM–4:00 PM AEST (Brisbane), Monday to Friday.

● Comfortable in a remote, contract-based engagement: taking GK Gold's existing plan/template and implementing it, working with some ambiguity and half-finished setups.

● No-code/low-code workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) alongside custom agent code

Nice to Have

● Chatbot training/fine-tuning experience (intents, escalation flows, knowledge base grounding).

● WordPress/WooCommerce or general e-commerce platform integration experience.

● Retail, bullion/precious metals, or fintech-adjacent exposure.
